Designer VS High Street: Winter/Autumn footwear

November 28, 2017

Every year I buy a pair of boots, fall in love with them, wear them almost every day during autumn/winter, and by the time next year comes around, I’m bored of them.

I guess it’s because they really do get their moneys worth of wear. Realistically in the UK boots can be worn (and might well need to be) for at least 8 months of the year.

So although I might adore my boots when I purchase them, after looking down and seeing them constantly for a good part of a year, it’s usually feel it’s time for a change.

This year I went on a hunt to find yes, another pair of boots, but also another pair of suitably warm/ comfortable, cute shoes.

Of course i’d love to be able to fund a luxury designer lifestyle, but unfortunately my financial situation doesn’t allow that. So I snapped up a couple of high street bargains which were as close as I could find to the real thing.
